Job Summary Rouse Trucking is hiring experienced CDL‑A truck drivers for a regional position. With our fleet of modern Peterbilt 579s and a competitive pay structure, you’ll run regional routes with a home‑weekly schedule, ensuring consistent, reliable home time.
Compensation
$1,400–$1,415 per week (average pay, paid weekly)
Extra pay for stops, breakdowns, detentions, layovers, and clean inspections
Transition pay during your first few weeks to keep earnings steady
6 full days of home time per month with flexible scheduling
Modern Peterbilt 579s with SiriusXM, inverters, TV mounts, fridges, and Espar bunk heaters
Equipment & Support You’ll drive late‑model trucks that are maintained and ready for work. Our dispatch team, staffed by former drivers, understands the importance of timely support, ensuring you spend more time on the road and less waiting.

Orientation Orientation is quick and straightforward: hotel, travel, and meals are covered. No bus ride or classroom marathon; you’ll leave orientation in your own truck, ready to roll with your first load.
Requirements
Valid CDL‑A license
