Direct Care Worker Employer:
Integrated Living, Inc. We are seeking full-time and part-time Direct Care Workers for a Licensed Group Home located in Shelby Township. The home houses 5 residents. The role is to provide a safe, secure, and healthy environment, support residents toward individual goals, address basic health needs, and transport residents to community outings and appointments. Responsibilities
Provide a safe, secure, and healthy environment for residents with developmental disabilities. Work toward each resident’s goals and provide supports to achieve daily living and wellness objectives. Address basic health needs and monitor resident well-being. Transport residents to outings in the community and to appointments as needed. Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age Training: MORC, WCLS, MCCMH & TTI preferred; willingness to train new staff Valid Michigan Driver’s License or State Identification Card Shifts & Employment Type
Shifts: Mornings, Afternoons, Midnights, and Weekends Job Type: Full-time or Part-time positions available Benefits and Pay
