Responsibilities
Take proactive action with stakeholders of target construction projects to make technical proposals for acceptance of our products.
Perform construction drawing take‑offs and run provisional Tensar+ evaluations to identify value‑creation potential, including preparing and presenting Value Engineering proposals to potential clients.
Track projects and follow up at key dates.
Interact with field and distribution partners to secure successful sales outcomes.
Direct the lead generation team.
Expand the sales network via outreach and digital engagement, including phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Help field sales maintain account & contact information accuracy in the CRM system.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multi‑tasking skills.
2‑3 years’ experience in the construction industry (preferred).
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
