Foremen must be reliable in their daily attendance and adaptable, proactive and organized in their approach to running their crews safely and efficiently.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Be the point person for a landscape maintenance crew — lead, organize, and motivate your team of 2-4
Be the face of Villani on-site — work with your supervisor and client service reps to deliver the right solutions to client concerns
Think on your feet — adapt to surprises and keep your crew moving efficiently
Show up, stay sharp, and set the tone — reliability and leading by example are key
Ensure every site meets consistent standards for safety, quality, and presentation
Qualifications:
Solid experience in the landscape industry — and leadership to match
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle priorities with ease
A calm, clear communicator who thrives on teamwork and customer care
A sharp eye for detail and a serious dedication to quality work
The highly preferred's - a valid, insurable driver's license, bilingual (Spanish/English) communicator and a 3.0 commercial pesticide applicator license
