Responsibilities As a front‑line representative of the Delta Sonic Team, Customer Advisors greet all customers positively, enthusiastically, and professionally while educating them on our wide range of carwash and detail shop services. The role requires multitasking with a sense of urgency while meeting customer service expectations. Additional duties include transacting purchases, maintaining proper cash handling procedures, and following all position‑specific procedures. Customer Advisors begin their training as Delta Tech to enhance product knowledge.
Pay: $16.00 per hour for Delta Technician; $17.00 per hour plus commission for Customer Advisor.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills and passion for great customer service

Unwavering honesty and integrity
Courteous and professional demeanor
Preferred prior experience in automotive service writing, customer service, or sales
Basic mathematical calculation ability
Willingness to work in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor, and extreme temperatures
Sense of urgency and adaptability to frequent product/service/promotion updates
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weight for long periods
Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Year‑round schedule required; seasonal employment for students no longer available effective June 1, 2024
