Seeking a versatile Packaging Operator I interested in making an impact in the craft beer market. Responsibilities
Package product into cans or kegs following standard operating procedures and perform production adjustments as needed. Operate and set up packaging machines, including starting/stopping machines, changing date codes, placing trays, applying glue, and packaging into machinery. Monitor basic operations of packaging line machinery by shadowing more senior operators. Receive training to perform basic forklift operations. Communicate packaging status with management and the packaging team. Collect and submit pallet tags for cans, lids, and other packaging materials. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following OSHA and GMP guidelines. Familiarize with products and participate in sensory panels and off-flavor training. Navigate Netsuite for pallet builds and pallet tag printing. Fill out daily packaging forms to update daily logs for CIP, Cleaning, Downtime, etc. Other duties as assigned with or without notice.

Skills and Experience
Previous manufacturing experience is a plus. Previous forklift experience is preferred. Basic computer skills - Word, Excel, email; NetSuite is a plus. High school diploma or GED required.
Job Details
Location: Milford, CT or San Diego, CA breweries. In-office
X days a week required. Salary: Commensurate with experience; base salary with opportunities for performance bonuses. Hourly rate: $23/hr. Benefits: Company-paid health, vision, dental, life, 401k with 5% company match, and paid parental leave. Community program: 12 paid days per year for volunteering activities, in addition to PTO.
