Responsibilities
Operate commercial motor vehicle tractors and trailers on public highways and company property in compliance with FMCSA regulations.
Move, stack, and unload all forms of C.H.I. doors and products at service centers, dealer locations, and other destinations.
Maintain safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 80+ pounds, using forklifts, jacks, carts, pallets, and other support components.
Qualifications
At least 21 years of age.
Valid CDL-A license.
Valid DOT Medical Card or eligibility to receive one prior to hire.
Prior over-the-road driving experience (preferred 1 year of verifiable CDL‑A driving history).
Possession of a valid Passport (preferred).
Compensation First‑year drivers earn a minimum of
$80,000 . Pay depends on mileage, stops, and other factors.
Driver referral bonus
Pay for all miles driven
Pay per stop for all live loads/unloads
Detention pay
Per diem
Hourly pay for miscellaneous work
Paid safety training
Weekly home time
Set schedule
