Base Pay Range
$180,000.00 / yr – $230,000.00 / yr
Responsibilities
Analyze new tax laws and identify opportunities and risks
Support audits and stay current on tax law changes
Oversee tax return preparation and payments (annual, quarterly, state/local, sales, use, withholding)
Manage transfer pricing documentation
Collaborate with regional teams on international tax matters
Manage inter‑company financing and cash movements
Lead tax analysis for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures
Communicate tax issues and opportunities to senior leadership
Conduct quantitative analysis to support decision‑making
Lead post‑merger/acquisition tax integration
Requirements
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or Taxation
CPA a plus, not required
10+ years of broad tax experience, including international
M&A experience is a big plus
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to travel internationally

This range may be modified in the future. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
