$36.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday

We are seeking an experienced and mechanically driven Tool and Die Maker to maintain, troubleshoot, and fabricate production tooling and dies. This position plays a critical role in supporting tool readiness, minimizing downtime, and ensuring high product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
Perform repair, maintenance, and changeover of stamping dies Fabricate and machine new die components as needed Set up and operate lathes, grinders, mills, and other machine shop equipment Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions Perform preventative maintenance and maintain tool inventory Document all tool development, repairs, and modifications accurately Assist in training and mentoring of less-experienced technicians Use CAD software (SolidWorks or similar) when needed Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area Qualifications & Skills
