Customer Service Rep III Responsibilities

Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommend appropriate alternatives.

Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope.

May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitate information validation and team decision making process.

Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution.

Ability to handle most unique situations.

May seek advice to make decisions on complex business issues.

Education and Experience Required

Typically, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 4-6 years related experience or master’s degree and 2-4 years’ experience.

4-6 years related experience in a telephone support position in a service or end-user support environment. 2 years’ experience in the microcomputer industry.

Technical training or other manufacturers' product lines. Knowledge and Skills: Working knowledge of the field of Customer Relations. Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.

Intermediate-level knowledge of operating systems software. Demonstrated writing/correspondence skills.

Experience and demonstrated presentation skills.

Knowledge of legal ramifications/conflicts in Customer Relations environment such as consumer rights and manufacturers' warranty responsibility.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Client’s Indigo Labels & Packaging (L&P) is responsible for generating pipelines and driving a new business in the West Territory.

This role is in-office, 5 days per week, and focuses exclusively on Indigo digital press solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify new opportunities with converters and print service providers.

Drive outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) and qualify inbound leads.

Schedule and hand off qualified meetings to Field Sales Representatives.

Support Marketing campaigns, GEC events, and eliminate “blind spots” in territory coverage.

Maintain activity and pipeline discipline in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Tools & Systems Experience with:

CRM: Microsoft Dynamics (HPD)

Prospecting: ZoomInfo, D&B

Intent Data: Bombora, 6sense

Sales Automation: Outreach, Dynamics sequencing

Social Prospecting: LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Analytics: Advanced Excel skills (preferred)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

3+ years in sales development, inside sales, or B2B prospecting.

Strong communication and prospecting skills.

Proven ability to build pipelines and meet targets.

Pay Details: $28.00 per hour
