Responsibilities include: Monitor, support, and enforce all safety rules and regulations of the Company and OSHA standards. Support and enforce all company policies and procedures. Supervise a trade crew, often managing up to 30 employees and multiple trades. Coordinate with the Superintendent to analyze and discuss work scope and project goals. Communicate staffing needs to the Production Manager. Participate in pre-planning for goal setting. Ensure proper staffing for projects. Calculate unit costs and take actions to meet financial goals. Record daily time and production data using E&K Austin lane entry. Create and perform routine QA inspections using Go Canvas App, generating reports accordingly. Order materials by specific areas and manage job costs through monitoring reports and monthly forecasts. Manage subcontractors and ensure timely scheduling and delivery of materials, tools, and personnel. Arrive punctually at various job sites. Participate in all required training and meetings. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements include: Completion of 30-hour OSHA training. Completion of Field Management Training and advanced Bluebeam training. Ability to manage crews of 30+ employees effectively. Knowledge of safety policies, OSHA standards, and use of tools, materials, and equipment. Strong mathematical skills and effective communication skills. Ability to work on ladders, scaffolds, and read blueprints and building codes. Proficiency in entering data and managing job-specific documents and reports. Leadership skills to motivate and direct teams, manage multiple scopes of work, and communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders. Willingness to learn computer systems and mobile technology including Bluebeam, Go Canvas, and E&K Mobile Tablets.
