PT30 E-Branch Services Specialist - Westchase District

This is a PART‑TIME position, scheduled at 30 hours per week, fully ON‑SITE.
The E-Branch Services Specialist will provide service and support for members over the phone, handling routine requests and those requiring extensive research and problem‑solving. The role involves responding to calls and selecting appropriate products and services to meet member needs, while meeting or exceeding call quality and service standards.
Responsibilities
Respond to member service inquiries within the time set by management and send/receive email, fax, and paperwork to and from existing and potential new members for account related activities.
Reset passwords, challenge questions, and PINs for members using electronic services according to department procedures.
Take complete ownership of every call, whether it requires a callback, extended research, or assistance from other departments. Provide proactive solutions to member service issues.
Process member transactions accurately, efficiently, and timely, including accepting cash and check deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, etc. Continuously improve competency through training and development.
Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Requirements
Experience: One to three years in a call center or retail service position.
Education/Certifications/Licenses: High school degree or equivalent.
Interpersonal Skills: Significant level of trust, credibility, and diplomacy; ability to handle sensitive and confidential conversations.
Other Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010 or higher (Word, Outlook, Excel); strong data entry abilities and customer‑service orientation.
ADA & Physical Requirements Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing/descending stairs in emergency situations, operate routine office equipment, and work extended hours when required.
Working Conditions Operates in a professional office environment; indoor climate‑controlled space; must be able to work weekends and occasional evenings.
