Keyholder – Full Time at Goodwill Manasota
We’re looking for an energetic leader who is passionate about retail and team building. As a Retail Store Keyholder, you will help create a positive and empowering work environment while delivering excellent customer service.
Base pay range $17.50/hr – $17.50/hr (actual pay depends on experience and skills)
THE COMPANY Goodwill Manasota focuses on training and self‑empowerment. THE POSITION Are you an active leader who enjoys building a culture of learning and empowerment? In this role you will:
Provide world‑class customer service to all internal and external customers
Partner with Store Leadership to train, develop, supervise, and evaluate team members
Master all aspects of the Goodwill donated retail goods process
Support store operations, including open/close, cash handling, inventory control, processing and rotation of donated goods, and truck loading
Manage stewardship of donations and stay current with merchandise knowledge, industry trends, and competitive pricing

THE QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED preferred
Basic computer skills required
Willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends
Can perform essential functions with or without accommodation
THE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods
Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry, or otherwise move up to 40 pounds without regular support
