Base pay range $30,000.00/yr - $40,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Engage with PLACE lead generation tools on a weekly basis
Plan and conduct two open houses each month
Transform prospects and leads into confirmed appointments
Join weekly script practice sessions in line with team protocols
Engage in team events as per team standards
Participate in weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
Assist buyers in securing agreements and locating homes
Draft and negotiate offers for buyers
Use PLACE Technology to track activities and manage client data
Qualifications
Driven sales professional with a competitive spirit
Skilled in building relationships, active listening, and resolving issues
Experienced in prospecting and generating leads
Capable of handling objections with ease
Communicates clearly with a commitment to exceptional service
Effective team player
Holds a valid real estate license
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Passionate about self-improvement and skill development
Highly organized
Willing to learn and apply scripts and dialogues
Excellent at managing time efficiently
Previous industry experience is advantageous
