Key Responsibilities
Maximize Game Launch Impact:
Ensure successful releases of new games by securing optimal distribution and positioning.
Develop and Communicate Launch Plans:
Understand and adapt game launch strategies according to individual titles’ targets and unique selling propositions (USPs).
Stakeholder Liaison:
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure thorough preparation for game launches.
Performance Analysis:
Review overall studio performance to identify content gaps and market trends that inform strategic decisions.
Commercial Growth Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial plan to capitalize on growth opportunities, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Work with both inbound and outbound leads, accurately validating new requests based on ideal client profiles (ICPs) and identifying potential client needs.
Pre-Sale Process Leadership:
Collaborate with Delivery, Art, and Engineering teams to support all stages of the sales pipeline, from client attraction to contract signing.
KPI Monitoring and Reporting:
Analyze key performance indicators, maintain CRM accuracy, and conduct regular calls with potential clients to drive sales growth.
Brand Representation:
Serve as the primary commercial representative of the studio, cultivating its personality through regular interactions with customers and expanding the studio's network.
Industry Representation:
Attend conferences and events to represent the studio and build relationships with key customers.
Qualifications
Experience: Experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager is preferred.
Language Skills:
Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin). Proficiency in additional languages is desirable.
Training: Must be willing to undergo a
6-month training period in Taiwan .
Sales Practices: Hands-on experience with inbound and outbound sales channels and tools.
Relationship Building: Ability to establish long-term relationships with clients.
Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
Travel: Willingness to travel for conferences and events as required by the company.
Passion: A genuine passion for the gaming industry.
