We are seeking a
ServiceNow Developer
with
IT Operations Management (ITOM)
experience to join our client's dynamic team onsite in
Tampa, FL . The ideal candidate will have a solid background in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB. An
active Secret clearance
is required for this role. Key Responsibilities
Develop and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. Integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems and data sources to enhance CMDB accuracy and visibility. Customize workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts to meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical and functional requirements. Maintain system integrity and data accuracy within the CMDB. Troubleshoot issues related to integrations, data flow, and application performance. Ensure ServiceNow development aligns with best practices and organizational governance. Required Qualifications
Active Secret Clearance
(DoD issued) 1+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience 1+ years of experience with
ITOM modules , particularly
Discovery ,
Service Mapping , and
Event Management Experience with CMDB architecture and integrations Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM or Discovery Experience working in a DoD or federal environment This position is
