Supervisor:
Community Manager
Hours:
5 days per week, 8 hours per day (average 40 hours). May require weekends and after‑hour emergency services.
Physical Demands:
Light (occasionally up to 25 lbs). May need to climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and handle various items.
Drug Screens:
Pre‑employment, post‑injury, reasonable suspicion, possible random screens.

Knowledge / Skills / Ability
Assessment and addressing community common area and amenity needs with strong attention to detail.
Effectively prioritizes tasks independently, manages time, and consistently achieves assigned objectives.
Adapts quickly to resolve unexpected challenges and manage shifting priorities.
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and internet applications.
Strong verbal and written communication, excellent organizational skills, and collaboration with residents, staff, supervisors, corporate associates, and vendors.
Proficient in English; bilingual candidates encouraged.
Skilled in interpreting legal documents, managing rent collections, and overseeing lease compliance.
Intermediate math skills for financial reporting, budgeting, and record‑keeping.
Knowledge of property operations, lease terms, contract enforcement, and collections.
General Summary of Associate Responsibility
Provides comprehensive support across all facets of community operations, working closely with and under the guidance of the Community Manager.
Preferred Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Prior sales experience encouraged.

Responding to resident inquiries
Conducting tours and leasing apartment homes
Engaging in ongoing leasing training
Performing additional tasks as needed
