Physical Therapy Aide – Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN)

Physical Therapy Aide
at
360 Physical Therapy , you're an essential part of our team, providing customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth experience for our patients.
Pay:
$15/hr
Schedule:
Part Time – Mondays and Wednesdays
Location:
3700 N 24th St Ste 230, Phoenix, AZ 85016
Essential Job Functions
Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
Help create a positive work environment and culture, taking care of patients’ needs during transitions and providing a friendly smile.
Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas based on therapist instructions.
Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
Support front office during downtime: answer phones, scan documents, schedule patients, manage counter payments, file, fax, etc.
Aid therapists during sessions by providing materials and facilitating exercises.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment; perform daily cleaning, table sanitation, laundry, and stock supplies.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare education or training is a plus.
Preferred prior experience in a healthcare setting or as an occupational therapy aide.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Compassionate, patient‑centered approach toward assisting individuals in need.
Physical Requirements
Mobility – ability to move freely to assist patients and therapists.
Lifting – capable of lifting and carrying equipment or assisting patients up to 50 pounds.
Standing – extended periods of standing and walking during therapy sessions.
Manual Dexterity – proficiency in handling therapy tools and equipment.
Visual & auditory skills – ability to observe patients and communicate effectively.
Flexibility – adaptability to changing tasks and schedules in a dynamic environment.
