Seasonal Bilingual Credentialed Tax Professional – Remote
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!
What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Excellent customer service skills and professionalism in video and audio tools.
Passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and commitment to enhancing the Intuit brand.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Willingness to obtain required credentials if not yet held.
Compensation Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Expected base pay ranges by location:
Bay Area California $28.80 - $36.50
Southern California $28.80 - $36.50
Colorado $27.50 - $34.80
Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50
Illinois $27.50 - $34.80
Maryland $27.50 - $34.80
Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50
Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30
New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50
New York $28.80 - $36.50

Vermont $27.50 - $34.80
