Job Responsibilities
Work independently after training to perform a wide range of quality inspection tasks.
Operate coordinate measurement equipment including Laser tracker, stationary CMM and portable Arm.
Perform Quality Process Assessments.
Perform visual, in‑process and final dimensional inspections on tightly tolerance piece parts, subassemblies, and final assembly.
Perform tool inspections on various programs and assembles/disassembles tooling according to best shop practices.
Perform required inspections in accordance with procedures and planning documentation.
Other duties as assigned.
This position is contingent upon the candidate obtaining final clearances and program access within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company.
This position can be filled at either a Level 3 or Level 4.
Basic Qualifications – Level 3
High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of additional education and/or related experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance.
Basic understanding of standard Mechanical Inspection techniques and tools.
Experience with ISO 9000/AS9100 Quality Management Systems.
Excellent shop math skills and advanced trigonometry.
Experience with Continuous Improvement/PES techniques.
Good computer skills – MS Office and the ability to learn Costpoint, QMIS, ePic.

High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years of additional education and/or related experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Primary Level Salary Range: $62,700.00 – $104,500.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $74,500.00 – $124,100.00
