What would this role do? The Behavior Interventionist plays a critical role in implementing behavioral health treatments for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Through strategic programs and initiatives, this position will assist families seeking support with Autism and other related developmental disabilities by providing behavioral health treatment in‑home, at a support center or in a community. This position is responsible for making meaningful change in the client and families’ life.
Benefits
Competitive Compensation & Benefits – Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. Hiring Bonus: $300 for part‑time employees after 150 clinical hours worked within 6 months; $600 after 300 clinical hours within 6 months. Additional Pay Incentives: +$2/hour for weekend shifts, +$5/hour for company‑observed holidays.
Monday‑Friday between the hours of 2:00pm – 8:00pm.
Cities Targeting – Woodland Hills, Sylmar, Pacoima, Van Nuys, North Hills, Northridge, Canoga Park, Granada Hills.
We aim to match you with clients near your home and offer mileage reimbursement if your first client is over 20 miles away.

Role Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 care directly with clients during scheduled sessions under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Implement established behavioral treatment plans based on the science of applied behavior analysis (ABA) across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings.
Ensure that 100% of the scheduled direct services are provided without any scheduling interruptions.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, interventions, and outcomes.
Collect data related to client’s progress during treatment sessions.
Incorporate activities and games that are developmentally appropriate and engaging for the client in alignment with the treatment plan.
Promote client engagement to build their strengths in a natural and enjoyable manner.
Consult with case supervisor on treatment plans, client updates, and intervention strategies.
Receive and utilize ongoing training, guidance, and support.
Follow program procedures, administrative tasks, direct therapy skills, and other duties in line with our compliance requirements.
Maintain reliable communication to record scheduled appointments and return phone calls within 24 hours.
Ensure that the company’s “zero tolerance policy” is understood, implemented, and reinforced in the region.
Complete all duties, tasks, and/or special projects assigned by leaders and/or the business.
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
Provide make‑up hours as an alternate care team member.
Maintain eligible transportation and current liability insurance (if applicable).
Must Haves
High School Diploma or GED (minimum).
Spanish Bilingual Required.
Reliable transportation.
Successfully complete Live Scan background check, employment verification and TB screening.
Be able to lift up to 30 lbs. while assisting consumers.
Must be able to run, bend, sit, and stand for long periods at a time.

Maintains professional demeanor, boundaries, and composure.
Demonstrates effective communication and shows ability to implement existing behavioral plans.
Implement outlined plans to achieve desired goals.
Ability to connect with clients and families by adapting to their specific needs.
Be comfortable working in clients’ homes.
Work in both indoor and outdoor settings as they relate to the patient’s natural environment, which may include being outdoors in a variety of weather conditions (e.g., community skills, recess in a school setting, etc.).
