LHH Recruitment in partnership with a prominent firm in Fairfield County, CT is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal. This role is fully on-site and it is a permanent position. Responsibilities

Assist with preparation of entity formation documents, various corporate organizational documents, SEC filings and blue‑sky filings Assist with transaction closings including reviewing and preparing closing documents and closing binders Assist with reviewing and preparing UCC filings Assist with conducting trademark searches Perform any other duties required of the role Requirements

2+ years of Corporate Paralegal experience within a law firm Must have good written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Must have excellent organizational and multi‑tasking skills Must have strong client facing skills Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment Must be a Connecticut Notary or be able to obtain a Connecticut Notary upon hire Must be a team player Must be tech savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Benefits
