Job Overview As a Technician Level 3, you will perform preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on equipment, primarily Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools, and specialty lines such as large‑scale power‑generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil‑gas equipment. Your work will keep our fleet operational and help avoid downtime.
Responsibilities
Build skills by working on a variety of makes, models, and equipment.
Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management.
Work with an exceptional team in a safety‑focused environment.
Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair equipment safely and efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired.
5+ years of Technician experience with diesel equipment, heavy equipment, or specialty lines equipment (large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC, or Oil & Gas). Strong preference for this background.
Advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficient in providing tools of the trade; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Demands Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more. Work may be performed indoors or outdoors, depending on job requirements.
