Corporate Recruiting Partner at Jackson Healthcare What You Will Do

As a Compliance Specialist, you will serve as the day-to-day liaison between agencies and the client, ensuring all credentialing and onboarding requirements are completed accurately and on time so providers can start their assignments without delay. You will:

Manage the full onboarding and credentialing process between agencies and the client’s Medical Staff Office (MSO).

Communicate directly with agencies to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted by required deadlines (applications, malpractice info, licenses, certifications, background checks, drug screens, enrollment documents, etc.).

Review and track all provider documents through the VSM platform and provide regular compliance trackers to the client.

Maintain and manage privileging checklists for Credentialing Committee, MEC, and Board of Trustees meetings.

Provide onboarding and credentialing packets to the facility and ensure they align with meeting timelines and estimated start dates.

Escalate risks early to prevent start-date delays and partner closely with the Account Manager to resolve issues.

Keep the client updated on provider status, ETAs, future expiring documents, and compliance milestones.

Support internal teams, clients, and agencies with compliance-related questions, SOP interpretation, and policy clarification.

Stay updated on state mandates, licensure changes, and compliance updates that impact client programs.

Participate in weekly cadence calls with the client and regular collaboration sessions with agencies.

Build strong relationships with suppliers, providers, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.

Prepare reports, handle miscellaneous projects, and represent the company with professionalism in all meetings and interactions (virtual and in-person).

Travel up to 25% as needed.

What We’re Looking Fo

2+ years of recent experiencein hospital medical staff office credentialing or locum tenens staffing compliance (required)

Solid knowledge of healthcare staffing, credentialing, and compliance standards

Strong customer service skills and the ability to build trust with clients and agencies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organization, diligence, and the ability to prioritize effectively

High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities

Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners

Proficiency with computer applications and database systems
