Bankers Life® is searching for future agents to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic hybrid remote environment. We help you jumpstart your new insurance agent career with programming and financial incentives. You’ll begin your journey training in our office, with the ability to transition to a hybrid remote work environment when you’re ready. Responsibilities

Set appointments to identify prospective clients’ financial resources and needs. Offer expert life and health insurance policy recommendations to generate sales. Provide continuous, excellent customer service to the client base. Compensation

Full‑time role with multiple compensation types. First‑year entry‑level agents average $40,000–$65,000. In the first 4 weeks, all new agents are eligible for $250 bonuses totaling $1,000. First‑year agents can also receive up to $19,000 in additional income through sales‑matching programs. Experienced sales agents who have been part of Bankers Life for more than two years earn upwards of $100,000+ in commissions and bonuses. Career Support

Flexible work environment after completing the new agent training period (4–12 weeks). Set your own hours with options to work in the field, onsite, or in a hybrid capacity. Training conducted in our office by successful field leaders; Bankers Life has been named a Training Apex Award Winner for 13 years. Agents receive pre‑licensing training free of charge; individuals pay for the state exam required to sell life and health products. Multiple career tracks, including benefit‑eligible management positions within the local office structure. No experience needed; entry‑level agents come from diverse backgrounds. Successful agents possess:

Sales‑minded and open to connecting via phone and network. Passion for people and developing sales relationships. Goal‑oriented, focused on achieving sales success. Excellent time‑management and organizational skills. Interest in learning about finance. Willingness to meet customers where they are comfortable and provide excellent customer service (home or office).
