What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Understand various Carrier Appetites and Carrier Websites to provide accurate quotes
Work closely with Carrier Underwriters to determine risk placement
Utilize agency management system and rating system for timely quotes
Execute policy correspondence delivery per agency guidelines
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and carrier representatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
Must hold a Property & Casualty Broker's License upon hire
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Over 3 years of sales and service experience in Personal Lines Insurance
Comprehensive experience with New England/Northeast P&C markets
Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM systems, preferably EPIC
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
CPCU, CPRIA, CAPI, or other P&C designations
Proven client-facing sales skills in P&C Personal Lines
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Influential presentation and public speaking skills
Ability to negotiate effectively and express ideas clearly
