As a Real Estate Agent, you will guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes of real property. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, performing property analyses, marketing listings, negotiating sales, and ensuring excellent customer service to achieve client satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License required
Proficiency in Real Estate concepts and processes, including Real Property transactions
Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to build lasting client relationships
Effective communication, attention to detail, and time management skills
Self‑motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with local market trends and a Professional demeanor
Motivated to work with 100% commission
