This role is designed for someone who wants to build a long‑term career in mortgage origination while working closely with a high‑performing Senior Loan Officer. You will manage loans from application to closing, support buyers and real estate partners, and gradually grow into originating your own loans with mentorship and structure.

What You Will Do

Own pipeline movement from application to closing

Provide proactive communication to buyers and agents

Assist with loan structuring, pricing, AUS, and pre‑approvals

Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility

Support warm inbound opportunities and buyer follow‑up
