Job Details We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting HR Representative to join our team in the Healthcare industry. In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR services and support to our clients, with a focus on delivering world‑class customer service. You will act as a subject matter expert in one functional HR area, providing advice and guidance on a range of HR issues. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, challenging environment where you will have the chance to make a real impact.
Responsibilities
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on a range of HR issues, including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and benefits.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of University systems, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Manage and prioritize workload effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality at all times.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with faculty, staff, administrators, and co‑workers.
Utilize HR web applications such as PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, Visual Vault, and others to manage and track HR processes and tasks.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
One (1) to three (3) years of customer service experience working in an internal HR, WFA, or benefits environment as a subject matter expert in one functional area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge in PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, Visual Vault, and HR web applications.
Exceptional writing skills to clearly, concisely, and logically articulate ideas, using appropriate editorial style and grammatically correct language.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively and diplomatically with a diverse audience.
Ability to provide world‑class customer service.
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Impeccable attention to detail and thoroughness in work product.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time and use fine motor skills, mainly computer keyboard; ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lb.
Knowledge of UC personnel and payroll policies and procedures.
A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role is required.
