Position Summary

The Leasing Professional creates exceptional first impressions for prospective residents and delivers outstanding service throughout the resident lifecycle. This role supports occupancy, retention, and revenue goals by combining sales expertise with a hospitality mindset. Essential Responsibilities

Welcome and connect with prospective residents through professional, personalized tours that highlight the property’s features, amenities, and value. Conduct both indoor and outdoor tours of the property and grounds. Manage inquiries and follow‑up communication through CRM tools to convert leads into signed leases. Guide prospects through the leasing process from application to move‑in with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail. Ensure all leasing documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with Fair Housing and company policies. Unit Readiness & Property Presentation: Walk all model, vacant, and soon‑to‑be‑vacant apartments regularly to confirm readiness for tours and move‑ins. Partner with maintenance and housekeeping teams to resolve any issues quickly and ensure every apartment is tour‑ready. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of model units, amenity areas, and the leasing office daily to ensure an exceptional first impression. Close models and amenity spaces at the end of each day according to company standards. Build meaningful relationships with current residents to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Proactively engage with residents to anticipate needs, resolve concerns, and reinforce community value. Partner with the management team to plan and participate in resident events that strengthen community connection. Conduct renewal outreach, present renewal options, and close renewals to achieve retention goals and earn renewal commissions. Track renewal conversion rates and resident satisfaction as part of performance metrics. Assist with marketing initiatives, online listings, outreach efforts, and reputation management. Shop competitive properties to stay informed about market pricing and trends. Enter service requests and follow up to confirm completion and resident satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to strengthen product knowledge and leasing performance. Other Duties

None. Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred. 1–2 years of experience in leasing, hospitality, or customer service, preferably in multifamily housing. Weekend and flexible scheduling availability required. Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. Relationship‑driven with a hospitality mindset and strong attention to detail. Sales‑focused with excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills. Organized and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proficient in Yardi or comparable property management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM tools. Professional appearance, consistent follow‑through, and accountability to team standards. Duties are conducted both indoors and outdoors while touring the community and walking the property grounds. Travel

This position is paid an hourly rate and is eligible for overtime. Estimated Starting Hourly Wage: $23.00. Exact salary is determined within the stated range by merit, seniority, production rate and/or quality; geographic location; education, training and/or experience related to job duties and responsibilities; or travel required by the position. Potential additional compensation includes monthly, on‑call, and annual bonus. Benefits
