Currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time opportunity as a senior loan processor with our client company.
Perform duties of Conventional, USDA, FHA, and VA loan processing, closing and preliminary underwriting. Process loan applications from initial set-up through funding, striving to obtain loan approvals within 30 days of application date. Must have 18 months’ experience as Loan Processor I or Loan Processor II roles, 18 months’ experience of FHA/VA/Conventional loan closing, automated processing and closing experience.
Qualifications
Required Skills: Conventional, FHA, and VA experience (both purchases and refi’s) Must be able to work overtime Exceptional attention to detail is required as is the ability to multi-task during the day. Strong typing skills. Solid computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organizational skills are required due to the various tasks and attention to detail that each involves. Desired Skills: Processing experience Funding experience This role is salaried at 40K-60K.
