Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Advisor, based in Chesapeake, VA. The role involves assisting clients with commercial real estate transactions, managing property leasing, conducting property evaluations, and providing advice on real estate investments. The advisor will also be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, understanding market trends, and delivering tailored customer service.

Qualifications

Strong background in Commercial Real Estate, Real Property, and Real Estate; or the desire to learn

Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze market trends and provide sound real estate advice

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

Valid real estate license is required; or guidance in how to become licensed

Experience in property management is a plus

Proficiency in relevant software and tools is preferred
