Overview Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations.
Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software, document interactions, and maintain accurate records.
Work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and an active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm for interacting with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing Intuit’s brand.

A reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance approach. The expected base pay range for this position varies by location (e.g., Bay Area California: $28.80–$36.50 per hour, Southern California: $28.80–$36.50 per hour, Colorado: $27.50–$34.80 per hour, etc.). This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with applicable plans and programs.
