is seeking to hire a
full-time Will-Call Order Fulfillment Specialist . The Will-Call Order Fulfillment Specialist is obsessed with customer service. This owner makes sure customer will-call and pick-up orders are on-time and in-full. This involves assigning, pulling of orders to the team, completing paperwork behind the scenes, keeping everything neat and tidy and ensuring inventory is accurate. We work with people who live and breathe building materials, so we need someone that is ready to be the hero they need!
QUALIFICATIONS for Will-Call Order Fulfillment Specialist
Strong customer service skills with customer service experience are preferred
Previous cashier experience is helpful
Intermediate computer skills
Knowledge of building materials is a plus
Must be able to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift 50 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
Forklift certification or ability to be forklift certified
