Role Overview The Document Management Specialist Engineer will be part of a dedicated team responsible for implementing a new archive solution at TKP, configuring Docuware, and supporting the migration from eDocs. This role involves technical configuration, integration support, and ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Archive Service Development:

Design and implement the archive document service to ensure operational readiness by April 1, 2026. Docuware Configuration:

Set up roles, permissions, data models, retention policies, workflows, and fund separation. Integration Support:

Collaborate with teams to integrate Docuware with: Output Service Input Management Participant, Employer, and Employee Portals (Panorama and Paspoort) Migration Assistance:

Support data migration and cleansing to ensure smooth transition and cost optimization. Fund Transition:

Facilitate migration of each fund to the new archive. Compliance & Security:

Ensure adherence to TKP’s security and regulatory standards. Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain technical documentation and provide regular progress reports. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in document management systems (eDocs and Docuware experience preferred). Strong understanding of document lifecycle, metadata, and retention policies. Experience with system integrations and APIs. Familiarity with migration strategies and data cleansing. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation is a plus. Knowledge of DotNet Core 8/10 for service integration or Java/Springboot/Rest API service integration will be a plus Why Us?
