Overview The Maintenance Project Superintendent will report to the System Director of Ambulatory Property Management and work closely with operations, safety, and finance teams to ensure alignment with company goals and values.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage maintenance projects including renovations, capital improvements, and emergency repairs.
Coordinate with internal maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure timely and quality project completion.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Collaborate with other departments to align maintenance project activities with operational needs.
Maintain accurate records of project activities, project progress, and resource allocation.
Develop a project schedule and timeline for a 6-month to 1-year pipeline of projects and project locations across the entire portfolio of properties.
Qualifications
High School Diploma.
Relevant certification in maintenance, construction, or project management preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance project management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of building systems, construction practices, and safety regulations.
Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate with contractors.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
