Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour
JOB SUMMARY The Customer Service Representative / Platinum Advisory Associate serves as the face and voice of the brand, delivering best-in-class service to veterinarians, physicians, and clients ordering nutritional formulas for horses, dogs, cats, and people. This role requires strong communication skills, critical thinking, and a passion for animal health. Associates provide educated recommendations, manage client relationships, and collaborate closely with internal teams while representing the company with professionalism and care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide exceptional customer service, advisement, and order-taking for clients, veterinarians, and medical professionals
Compose clear and professional electronic correspondence via email and text
Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to recommend appropriate supplement solutions
Nurture client relationships through proactive account management and follow-up
Work collaboratively with Platinum Advisors and internal teams, including Production, Quality Assurance, and Shipping
Occasionally travel to equine and canine events, horse shows, dog shows, marathons, and veterinary or medical conferences to represent the company
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor’s degree program
Strong interest in animal health, nutrition, or related fields
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks with creativity and attention to detail
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Nutrition, Agricultural Business, or a related field
Knowledge of equine and small animal products or the equine industry
