Job Details We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our forward-thinking Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to apply their knowledge and expertise in a challenging and rewarding environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing all aspects of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery. This position will require a dedicated individual who can leverage their extensive knowledge of AutoCad, Mechanical Design, Revit, MEP, and LEED Certification to enhance our existing systems and create innovative solutions for our company.

Responsibilities

Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, and operation of product designs.

Analyze and design mechanical components and systems, including conceptualization, drafting, and detailing using Auto CAD and Revit.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish product specifications and to manage project timelines.

Oversee the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment such as centralized heat, gas, water, and steam systems.

Conduct research to solve complex engineering problems and improve existing products and processes.

Ensure all mechanical engineering projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies and regulations.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Develop sustainable building services solutions and provide input into the design of energy-efficient systems to achieve LEED certification.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

Extensive knowledge of Auto Cad, Mechanical Design, Revit, and MEP.

Knowledge of LEED principles and certification process is a plus.

Strong understanding of engineering principles, technologies, and materials.

Excellent mathematical, logical, and analytical skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Demonstrated track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

Proven problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
