Job Description Acrisure is seeking a Client Advisor to join our growing team. A Client Advisor is a performance‑driven individual that delivers insurance, benefits, and advisory strategies to medium‑size companies and large Fortune 500 companies. This role focuses on reducing insurance dependency and boosting performance through face‑to‑face meetings with key executives and decision makers. It is a high‑income, competitive sales position with the objective of always exceeding quota. The Client Advisor must prioritize target accounts, develop a clear understanding of a client’s business needs, and use consultative‑selling techniques to present tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a lead generation plan to obtain new clients.
Use various lead generation techniques such as cold calls, referrals, industry events, markets, LinkedIn, etc.
Engage in discovery for all sales opportunities to understand prospect needs.
Serve as subject‑matter expert, providing insights on industry trends, solutions, and business advice.
Create comprehensive, professional presentations for each target customer, addressing key pain points.
Coordinate client proposal development, guiding market intelligence and engaging the service team timely.
Utilize the agency’s sales tracking technology to forecast sales, report pipeline progress, and maintain up‑to‑date activity reports.
Track sales successes and ongoing efforts.
Requirements
Strong sales and relationship‑building abilities.
Professionalism in virtual or in‑person work environments.
Experience improving customer service operations.
Willingness to participate in self‑development or technical classes.
Comfortable in an electronic environment with strong computer skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent people skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
4–6 years’ experience in insurance‑specific consultation and sales preferred.
Current Insurance License (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health).
Ability to work toward a professional designation.
Initial Training & Validation Period New advisors begin in a supported compensation phase while completing licensing, training, and performance validation.
Progressive Commission Structure As experience grows and performance benchmarks are achieved, advisors move through clearly defined compensation steps with increasing commission rates.
Uncapped Earnings Potential Once fully validated, compensation becomes performance‑based, allowing earnings to scale directly with productivity and results.
Pay Details The base compensation range for this position is $50,000 – $150,000, based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
