ALM Analyst (Jira) job at Conch Technologies Inc., Memphis, TN.

Position - Application Lifecycle Management Analyst Location Memphis, TN (Hybrid)

Duration 6 months (potentially extended)

Preferred Requirements

3 years of experience in application lifecycle management, IT delivery, or change enablement.

Proficiency with ALM tools (e.g., Jira, or similar platforms).

Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.

Ability to analyze, optimize, and automate application lifecycle processes.

Knowledge of COBIT IT Governance framework AND/OR ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.

Experience with change management processes and tools.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Familiarity with AI-powered tools for data analysis, reporting, or workflow automation OR awareness of emerging AI capabilities and ability to leverage them for improving workflows and insights.
