What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answers to customers in everyday language.
Interact with customers via advanced video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and a valid PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, written & spoken.
Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation, and committed to enhancing Intuit’s brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation
Base pay ranges vary by location: Bay Area (CA) $28.80‑$36.50, Southern California $28.80‑$36.50, Colorado $27.50‑$34.80, Hawaii $28.80‑$36.50, Illinois $27.50‑$34.80, Maryland $27.50‑$34.80, Massachusetts $28.80‑$36.50, Minnesota $24.80‑$30.30, New Jersey $28.80‑$36.50, New York $28.80‑$36.50, Ohio $24.80‑$30.30, Vermont $27.50‑$34.80, Washington $28.80‑$36.50, Washington DC $28.80‑$36.50.
