THIS ROLE IS ON‑SITE Inglewood, CA Monday - Friday 7:30AM-4PM
Responsibilities The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role at Centinela Hospital Medical Center to support staffing needs for an underserved community. This is a fast‑paced full‑cycle recruitment environment with weekly goal expectations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, has a hunter mentality, provides white‑glove candidate experience, and closes deals with strong negotiation skills.
You will strategize with your TA Manager to implement recruiting approaches that address both current and future workforce needs at the hospital.
Clinical roles you will focus on include but are not limited to:
RN
LVN
CNA
Rad Tech
CT Tech
Other non‑clinical roles
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Updating job descriptions with marketable titling and CA pay transparency
Sourcing and screening candidates for specific job openings, verifying minimum qualifications
Coordinating and monitoring interviews with hiring managers within TA SOP timeframes
Establishing strong partnerships with internal HR departments, senior management, and external collaborators to synchronize recruitment strategies with company goals
Participating in outreach at local career fairs and on‑site hiring events every Wednesday
This position is instrumental in securing top talent to support the organization’s growth and success.
Qualifications Required qualifications:
High school diploma/GED, required
Experience developing and negotiating job offers
Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems
Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, required
Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communication skills
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
Two years of talent acquisition experience, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing in healthcare
Pay Transparency Prime Healthcare offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many other voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $26.00 to $36.00 per hour. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will consider factors such as skillset, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
