What You Will Do
In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. By providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will forward our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.” Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language. This virtual, customer-facing role requires you to use our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records. Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN. Bilingual (English/Spanish) written & spoken communication skills. Passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation, and commitment to enhancing our brand by delighting customers. Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools professionally, friendly, and confidently. What You Need
Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria. Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days. Compensation
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance reward approach. The expected base pay range for this position is: Bay Area California $28.80 - $36.50 /hour Southern California $28.80 - $36.50 /hour Colorado $27.50 - $34.80 /hour Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50 /hour Illinois $27.50 - $34.80 /hour Maryland $27.50 - $34.80 /hour Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50 /hour Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30 /hour New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50 /hour New York $28.80 - $36.50 /hour Ohio $24.80 - $30.30 /hour Vermont $27.50 - $34.80 /hour Washington $28.80 - $36.50 /hour Washington DC $28.80 - $36.50 /hour Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. This position will be eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with our applicable plans and programs.
