Peak Management LLC is a privately owned, full‑service property management company headquartered in Timonium, Maryland. We specialize in the development, construction, ownership, and management of multi‑family and self‑storage properties. Our current portfolio of 16 apartment communities (with over 3,000 apartments and townhomes throughout the Greater Baltimore Area) and 10 self‑storage facilities continues to grow and we are always seeking opportunities to add value to our portfolio. Job Overview
We are looking for motivated, outgoing, and friendly leasing professionals to add to our growing team. This full‑time position offers a 40‑hour work week and requires weekend and occasional evening work. The salary range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications. Responsibilities
Assisting prospective residents with finding a new apartment home and assisting with the application process. Maintaining positive relationships with residents and prospects, developing an understanding of unique customer needs and requests. Setting up and maintaining accurate and organized property and lease files. Accepting incoming correspondence to the property and responding to inquiries (via phone, fax, mail, and email). Preparing office area for daily leasing; maintaining office cleanliness. Touring the property with prospective residents, showing the model and/or vacant units. Maintaining on‑site software with regard to move‑ins, move‑outs, posting rents, etc. Completing move‑in package, testing apartment keys, and inspecting apartments prior to move‑in. Complying with Fair Housing Laws and Company policies. Completing other administrative duties as assigned, such as creating Excel spreadsheets, preparing written correspondence, answering phones. Working with the manager to collect rent and make accurate collection notes. Other duties as assigned. Requirements
At least 1 year of hands‑on multi‑family leasing experience. Strong organizational and customer service skills. Excellent communication and writing skills. Ability to work some weekends and nights. A valid driver's license; transportation required. Benefits
