Location: Cuyahoga Falls, OH
Pay:
$22–$25 per hour + sign‑on bonus of $500 (paid in two parts: $250 at 6 months, $250 at 1 year)
BruZiv Landscaping LLC is a locally owned full‑service landscaping/snowplowing company. You need to be able to direct a crew and have knowledge of landscaping tools, terms, and expectations.

Skills & Requirements
3+ years experience in landscaping and snow plowing (with truck/machinery)
Excellent attitude, teamwork, and leadership of 2–4 crew members
Self‑motivated, reliable transportation, willingness to learn
Ability to work all weather conditions, stand throughout the workday, lift 50+ lbs, work overtime
Punctual with a clean/professional appearance
Detail‑oriented, multi‑tasking, good verbal and written communication
Experience with customer service and engagement
Mechanical knowledge preferred
Pass drug test & background check (no felonies); clean driving record with no suspensions
Experience with power/hand tools (trimmers, chainsaws, etc.) and landscaping machinery (skid steer, tractor, walk‑behind, bed edger, zero‑turn mowers, etc.)
Experience with bed enhancements, mulch/gravel/lawn installation, operating various snow equipment (V‑Plow, snow‑ator, snow blower, salt box)
Knowledge of irrigation repair, construction, outdoor lighting, retaining walls (great to have, not required)
Schedule & Hours
Monday to Friday (occasionally Saturdays)
Snow removal requires weekend work
Shifts 8–12 hours; expected hours 35+ per week
Licensing & Certifications
Driver’s License (Required)
Clean driving record, no suspensions
