Location: Tulsa, OK. Salary: $75,300.00 - $103,500.00.

Responsibilities

Data Entry and Interpretation

Accurately and thoroughly research commercial real‑estate sale transactions, on‑market sale listings, and contact information for related properties, tenants, and companies in a timely manner.

Correctly interpret and translate information obtained from lease abstracts, marketing brochures, sales comparable reports, press releases, etc.

Enter and update research findings into the proprietary database, ensuring consistent and professional formatting. Maintain project queues, update newly listed and existing comps, verify termination information, and correct audit‑identified errors promptly.

Data Management and Data Quality

Support users through the helpdesk, performing manual data updates via an active work queue (email status updates, record merging).

Improve Salesforce data growth, accuracy, and quality.

Execute ad‑hoc data‑cleansing projects.

Teamwork

Provide backup coverage for other members, participate in team meetings, and communicate regularly with the team and manager.

Cross‑reference and audit department‑related work as needed.

Collaborate with technical teams to implement requirements in Salesforce.

Communication

Professionally communicate with users, providing feedback regarding data standards and minimum requirements.

Produce documentation for user support.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.

Previous experience in the commercial real‑estate industry preferred, but not required.

Data entry experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Beginner to intermediate proficiency in Excel.

Ability to navigate the internet for research and information gathering.

Strong independent research skills and resourcefulness.

Ability to interpret data accurately and thoroughly.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.

Detail‑oriented with the ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly.

Strong multitasking skills; able to meet tight deadlines while staying organized.

Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service and maintain a client‑focused approach.
