Seasonal Credentialed Bilingual Tax Advisor - CPA - Remote

Overview Intuit is seeking tax experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!
What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
Operate as a virtual, customer-facing role, using state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document all interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws; active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, both written and spoken.
Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and enhancing the brand by delighting customers.
Excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm for interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days.
Compensation and Benefits

Base pay ranges by location:
Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50
Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50
Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80
Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50
New York: $28.80 – $36.50
Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30
Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80
Washington: $28.80 – $36.50
Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50
