What You Will Do
Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers.
Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Possess an active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
Be bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong written and spoken communication skills.
Be passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
Possess excellent customer service skills and be comfortable interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Have or be willing to obtain an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation
Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50
Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50
Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80
Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50
New York: $28.80 – $36.50
Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30
Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80
Washington: $28.80 – $36.50
Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs.
