Base Pay Range $75,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

Efficient Workflow: Handle an average of 2 to 5 applications daily. Simply gather the application, and our advanced loan software will process it seamlessly.
Client Guidance: Lead clients through the process from contract to close, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Responsibilities
Evaluate loan applications and determine applicant eligibility.
Conduct comprehensive credit analysis to assess borrowers' financial backgrounds.
Collaborate with clients to gather required financial documentation and information.
Guide clients through the loan application process, providing relevant information and support.
Assess loan risks and provide recommendations adhering to underwriting guidelines.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Fair Housing policies.
Maintain precise records of loan applications, approvals, and denials.
Foster and sustain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
Qualifications
Proven track record as a Loan Officer or in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
Comprehensive understanding of loan origination processes and underwriting guidelines.
Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in financial analysis tools.
Strong mathematical aptitude for accurate calculation of interest rates, payments, and other financial metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for effective client and colleague interaction.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, working independently to meet deadlines.
Up‑to‑date knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and other relevant lending laws.
