Real Estate Administrator
Five Below – Phoenix, AZ (Scottsdale, AZ). Full‑time, Entry level. Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000 annually.
Job Responsibilities
Support the dealmaking team within the assigned region.
Process real estate legal documents (amendments, letter agreements, etc.) via the HighQ legal management system.
Maintain and organize critical department information in associated databases.
Handle preparation and updating of department and region‑related reports.
Provide general support for ad‑hoc special projects.
Organize and coordinate recurring team meetings.
Collaborate with the legal department’s paralegal to ensure lease and legal documentation is processed accurately; complete mapping and comparative analysis studies with the RE analyst; prepare miscellaneous work for monthly Real Estate Committee meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Minimum of 2–4 years of related experience.
Proficient with web‑based programs, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
Ability to assess and organize information effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self‑motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines.
Previous legal‑related experience is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems in ambiguous environments.
Understanding of basic accounting and financial terms.
